Now you can submit your Abstract without the registration.But for presenting the Abstract registration is Mandatory.

 

Originality:

Abstracts must contain original scientific research/data conducted by the author(s). Review articles or previously published material will not be accepted. Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity. Submission Mode: Abstracts must be submitted only via the Online Abstract Portal available on the conference website. Word Limit: Abstract body should be within 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, etc.).

  • Author(s) and Affiliation(s): Name, Institution, City/Country, Email
  • Background
  • Materials & Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Review Process: All abstracts will undergo a blind review by the Scientific Committee.
Evaluation criteria: Originality, Results, and Scientific Merit.
 

Special Guidelines For Best Paper and Best Poster Awards
He/She must be a member of Haldwani Neuro Science society or UP UK Neuro Science Society

The paper must:
  • Be original research conducted in India.
  • Not be published, submitted, or presented at any journal or conference earlier.
  • A maximum of two submissions per member as first author is allowed.
  • Authors who won this award last year are ineligible this year.
  • Winning papers will become property of Society and will be published in the journal after editorial review.

Acceptance & Registration:
  • Final acceptance and presentation scheduling will be at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
  • Presenters must register for the conference within 1 week of abstract acceptance.
  • Only the presenting author will receive a Certificate of Appreciation.

Additional Guidelines:
  • Sessions must not be used for product or equipment promotion.
  • Multiple submissions by the same presenting author will not be accepted.
  • Abstract acknowledgment will be sent via email.
